**1. Warm-Up (5 minutes)**
- **Objective:** Activate prior knowledge and introduce the topic.
- **Activity:**
- Ask the student: "What do you think a ballerina's daily routine looks like?"
- Encourage them to share any thoughts or experiences related to health and fitness.
- Write down key vocabulary they mention on the whiteboard.
**2. Vocabulary Introduction (10 minutes)**
